    Appointments

    To ensure availability and personalized care, we recommend booking in advance. Walk-ins are welcome when possible, but scheduled clients will always receive priority. If you need help choosing the right service, we’re happy to guide you.

    Cancellations

    We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with shorter notice may be subject to a fee to honor our team’s time.

    Payments

    We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Some services may require a deposit or pre-payment at the time of booking. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise noted.
